Your eBook will be ready to download as soon as your purchase is complete. You will be able to download an epub file which can then by uploaded to your eReader. From there you should be set to enjoy the eBook you have purchased.

If you use an Amazon Kindle eReader you will be able to convert the epub file to .mobi using Kindle Previewer software. However, if this is beyond your expertise we will send you a compitable version of your ebook free of charge - email: willp@darton-longman-todd.co.uk .
Return & Exchange Policy
We do not expect there to be any issues with any of the eBooks that you purchase from us but if there are, please don't hesitate to get in touch via email: willp@darton-longman-todd.co.uk. Refunds will be offered if the eBook concerned is deemed to have a technical problem which means it isn't working has it should.
